CCI founder LeRoy Courseault began his construction career at South Central Bell in New Orleans, La., shortly after earning his Bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame in 1978. After managing several large construction projects, Mr. Courseault relocated to Atlanta, Ga., to join AT&T’s corporate real estate department as a project manager. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing the construction of tenant improvements in the entire southeastern region.

Following his entrepreneurial drive, Mr. Courseault founded CCI in 1995 and has led the company to be the preferred vendor for several major corporations, completing nearly 3,000 construction projects since its inception. His passion and commitment to quality, service and value have fostered long term relationships with CCI clientele.

Mr. Courseault is a licensed General Contractor in Georgia, Louisiana, Alabama, California, and Virginia. He has also been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker, and Certified Real Estate Appraiser.
